Finding Deep Healing Through Breathwork
Growing up in a home where appearances trumped authentic connections, Chelsey felt unseen and unsafe, carrying the weight of generational trauma and battling chronic anxiety and depression - all rooted in shame.
At the age of 23, she embarked on a journey of sobriety and immersed herself in self-help and spiritual wisdom, dreaming of making a change. Despite her efforts, she found herself stuck and unworthy, struggling with various challenges.
But then, a breakthrough came.
Through breathwork, Chelsey discovered a profound way to release trapped energy and heal deeply, embracing her own divinity and humanness. Now, she dedicates her time to guiding others on their healing journeys, believing in their innate abilities and supporting them to unlock the light within.
